The Royal Wedding!

The day before the trip down to see the royal wedding, I finally decided that I had to be a part of the fun. I booked my spot and prepared to see history. It was obvious the minute we arrived in London that the city was ready for the wedding.
It was the morning before and people were already claiming their seats.
After seeing all of the people already out there we decided we'd better camp out as well to make sure we'd have a good view in the morning.
The news booths from around the world were lit up all night.
One very jolly British man started a congo line around 3 am. We decided we had to join for at least a little bit.
my happy camp-out face.
 All of us!
Everyone was awake and ready to go in the morning as the wedding drew closer.
Interviews started happening in the crowds.
These nice ladies performed a song for one of the news stations.
Everyone's signs and flags were back in the air.
Wedding photographers were all getting ready for the procession.
Two of my favorite people, Anderson Cooper and Cat Deeley
I think this one is Princess Beatrice because I can see the outline of her ridiculous hat.
The Queen waving to the crowd on the way to the wedding!
Kate and her father on their way.
Kate and Will after the wedding!
Prince Harry waving to the crowd after the wedding.
The Queen in her carriage after the wedding.
The royal family after the wedding!
Another shot of the family. We weren't as close for this part of the event.
The crowds leaving after the event. I love the guy's hat in the middle of all the flags!
Where a lot of people sat down after the wedding. The whole wedding event and procession was beyond amazing. I am so incredibly happy that I went and that we decided to camp out and do the whole event properly. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience!
