Funstructions!

So I haven't posted in a while but my Aunt Diane just came out with this awesome new website! Its called funstructions.com and its all ideas for kids including favorite books and activities that go along with them! Check it out!

Looking Back

I've been home for a few days now and it is definitely a very strange feeling to be back. I feel almost like it was just an amazing dream since nobody who shared the experience with me is around to talk about it with. I am hoping to skype some of the girls soon! It will be so interesting to see them in their actual homes and countries. I still can't believe how many international friends I made or how many amazing places I got to see. To show how many amazing things I got to experience while abroad, I constructed a list:

• Saw the Queen of England (twice!)
• Saw Michelangelo's David, Rodin's The Thinker, and da Vinci's Mona Lisa
• Explored two giant castles in England and Wales, and one in Switzerland
• Watched a cabaret show in Paris
• Explored a Cheese Factory in Gruyere
• Saw three fantastic musicals in London
• Went window-shopping in Milan
• Explored Harrod's in London
• Explored the Nestle Factory in Switzerland
• Experienced the beautiful Cinque Terre cities by boat
• Attended a "sheep show" in Wales
• Saw Stonehenge
• Toured Real Madrid's futbol stadium
• Explored the Roman Baths in Bath
• Went to the top of the Eiffel Tower
• Saw the Royal Wedding procession and the kiss on the balcony!
• Walked (quickly) through the Red Light District
• Saw the Ritz Hotel in Paris
• Explored La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona
• Hiked to a beautiful waterfall in Wales
• Toured Westminster Abbey
• Celebrated Australia Day with real Australians and Vegemite
• Took a night cruise down the Seine River
• Toured the Beatles and Spice Girls Museums
• Saw Anne Frank's diary in the house they hid in in Amsterdam
• Stood in the Hogwarts dining hall and infirmary at Oxford
• Went to the original Pacha nightclub in Ibiza
• Explored the French, Spanish, and British Palaces
• Made life long friends from all over the world!

None of these incredible adventures would have been possible without support from my family, especially my amazing grandparents! I had the time of my life thanks to you guys! Thanks for all of the amazing memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
